This role involves managing property valuations, overseeing sales processes, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent client relations skills, and shown leadership experienceKey Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accurate property valuations and provide professional advice to clients.
  • Lead and motivate a team of valuers and sales staff to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage and oversee property listings, ensuring accurate information and high-quality presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, offering strategic advice and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
