  • The position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per year and requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Our Client are a leading, independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the area for many years and have built up an impressive business. They are looking for a full-time, permanent Customer Service - Property Manager/Receptionist for their short-term stay department.

The role holder will be required to undertake the below duties and manage their time efficiently. If you have experience in Hotel front of house or Serviced Holiday Accommodation, that likes to be busy - then this role is for you.

Would be based onsite at the new serviced accommodation building in East Birmingham - close to the Airport, which consists of 27 Apartments. The candidate would be responsible for all communication across all of our 45 serviced accommodation apartments across Birmingham. Working hours would be 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Duties to include -

  • Responding to all guest messages across Airbnb & Booking.com
  • Checking people in and out of the onsite building
  • Sending guests late payment check out links
  • Extending guests stay upon request
  • Helping - supporting guest with any maintenance, directions, collection codes for keys
  • Leaving Airbnb reviews for past guests
  • Logging any maintenance reported from guests
  • Accepting potential guests enquiries to stay on Airbnb
  • Front of house at our serviced accommodation block

You will also need to own a car to make visits to other sites across Birmingham and business milage will be paid
