TEAM PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED!

Are you a confident and assertive Team Administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills? Passionate about the real estate sector?

GRG are partnering with an organisation who is looking for a Team Administrator to join their Property Team.

As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in managing services across various residential sites in the region. This is a fast-paced role, with the successful candidate working in their Birmingham offices 4 days per week, and ability to work from home 1 day per week (Monday-Friday, 9-5pm).

What will you be doing in the role?

  • Updating the property database with current lease transactions
  • Reviewing and challenging Service Charge budgets
  • Processing invoices for payment
  • Supporting Purchase Order requests
  • Answering the team telephone in accordance with company policy
  • Responding to routine enquiries
  • Coordinating service contracts
  • Generating reports, reminder letters and updating system as required
  • Assisting Property Management Teams with tasks as directed
