Overview
We have a lovely temporary position available in the vibrant heart of Birmingham City Centre, just a couple of minutes away from New Street Station. We are looking for a warm, confident person with a bubbly personality who is happy to work as a receptionist for a minimum 2-week placement. This role would be perfect for a graduate seeking a short-term opportunity or someone with experience in a customer-facing role. The role is based in vibrant offices overlooking the entire Birmingham city centre, where the business caters to clients on both a long-term and short-term basis. A great customer service attitude with a can-do approach is necessary for this role, so apply if you believe you are a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and answering queries
- Keeping sundries stocked
- Clearing up after events
- Answering the telephone
- Taking booking enquiries
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Teamwork skills
- Confidence in dealing with guests.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask.
- A welcoming personality
- Profficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook
