We are looking for an experienced front-of-house receptionist who is eager to excel in an exciting new role - someone who can thrive in an active corporate environment. Being in this front-of-house role means you are the first-person visitors see and the first impression they have when they walk through the door, so professionalism is necessary. Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting visitors, being the first point of contact when they arrive.
- Answering all inbound calls that come through and redirecting these to the correct department.
- Booking meeting rooms for clients, using the booking system efficiently and managing it appropriately.
- Organising passes for staff and visitors when they arrive, ensuring the appropriate groups are notified.
- Forwarding all correspondence, including emails, messages, and post, to the correct individual within an appropriate timeframe.
- Ordering and organising office supplies, including stationery, ensuring this is ordered when required.
- Communicating with clients, visitors, and colleagues clearly and professionally always.
- Organising and managing the delivery of refreshments and items for business lunches when required.
- Completing any ad-hoc tasks as needed to maintain the smooth running of front-of-house.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong teamwork skills
- Confidence in dealing with guests.
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Ability to work with confidentiality and discretion.
