We are looking for an experienced front-of-house receptionist who is eager to excel in an exciting new role - someone who can thrive in an active corporate environment. Being in this front-of-house role means you are the first-person visitors see and the first impression they have when they walk through the door, so professionalism is necessary. If you are a flexible person who is available for part-time hours Monday to Friday, organised, calm, and someone who loves working in a team environment where no two days are the same, this might be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, being the first point of contact when they arrive.
  • Answering all inbound calls that come through and redirecting these to the correct department.
  • Booking meeting rooms for clients, using the booking system efficiently and managing it appropriately.
  • Organising passes for staff and visitors when they arrive, ensuring the appropriate groups are notified.
  • Forwarding all correspondence, including emails, messages, and post, to the correct individual within an appropriate timeframe.
  • Ordering and organising office supplies, including stationery, ensuring this is ordered when required.
  • Communicating with clients, visitors, and colleagues clearly and professionally always.
  • Organising and managing the delivery of refreshments and items for business lunches when required.
  • Completing any ad-hoc tasks as needed to maintain the smooth running of front-of-house.
