- Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-attended.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
- Provide essential administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and managing mail.
- Act as a liaison between clients, tenants, and our property management team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining a tidy reception area, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, property documents, and correspondence.
- Support the team with basic property management duties, including tenant correspondence, processing work orders, and updating property management software.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in the property, real estate, or related sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve basic administrative issues as they arise.
