My client, a leading law firm based in Birmingham, are looking for an experienced Receptionist / AV Assistant to join their team.
The Role
As a Receptionist / AV Assistant, you'll be at the heart of operations.
- Provide a top-notch reception service to clients, Partners, and employees
- Keep the Reception area tidy and professional
- Meet and greet clients and visitors warmly
- Handle incoming calls, redirecting or taking messages as needed
- Set up telephone and conference calls, along with AV facilities
- Ensure meeting rooms and client kitchen are clean and ready
- Assist in organising marketing events, occasionally outside regular hours
- Make travel arrangements and bookings
- Manage and maintain AV equipment, providing support for meetings and events
- Liaise with the IT team for equipment updates and training team members on AV use
The Candidate
