Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class receptionist services, acting as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Ensure all visitors have a positive experience, delivering a memorable service and visitor journey
- Notify colleagues of visitors, ensuring they are checked in and out
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls as appropriate and relay messages when necessary
- Handle administration tasks, which include handling post, ordering stationery, and filing documents
- Keep a clear and professional working environment, ensuring the reception is a welcoming area
- Organise food and drinks for meetings and ensure meeting and conference rooms are prepared
Receptionist Skills and Experience:
- Considerable experience as a Receptionist or Administrator is essential
- Professional in your approach with an excellent telephone manner
- A natural people-person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Versatile, happy to take on ad-hoc tasks where necessary
- Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise
- IT literate, confident user of Outlook, Teams, and Word
