School Receptionist and Administrator
Full-time (long term contract)
Applicants must have experience in a similar role in a UK school.
Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a primary school setting in South Birmingham who require a long term candidate for a School Office Receptionist and General Admin Assistant.
This role will require an understanding of school admin systems such as SIMS/ScholarPak or similar. The duties of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting parents, staff and visitors
- Dealing with queries in person/phone/email
- Completing directed tasks from the office manager or SLT promptly
- Complying with the schools safeguarding policies and procedures
Wage: Negotiable depending on experience
