We are currently recruiting for our client, a leading luxury serviced office provider based in the heart of Birmingham.
I am seeking an enthusiastic and capable temporary receptionist for our client's office building from the 28th October Monday - Wednesday (8-5) until end of November.
As a receptionists/front of house you are the shining star of the building, creator of exceptional member experience and service provider. For every question, favour or ask, you are there for the members,their guests, and act as the first point of contact for vendors.
The 'ideal' candidate will have advanced interpersonal skills, resilience, kindness and offer innovative ideas with a flexible approach to work.

? 1+ years of equivalent experience in hospitality, multi-unit retail, start-ups, administration or any other related experience. Customer service experience is required
? Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Structured and highly organized
? A born connector and Hospitality star
? Like challenges, and embrace change in a fast-paced environment
? Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
? Strong proficiency in written English
Reception Services will include:o Meet and greet clients, including sign in procedureso Notify clients of visitor arrivalo Issue access passeso Key issue and controlo Switchboard operation to receive and transfer all incoming calls in an overflow situationo Receive, co-ordinate and monitor all requests for services assistance
Conference and Meeting Roomso Manage booking and enter onto Centre Charge IT systemo Manage any catering/refreshment requirementso Communicate any audio-visual equipment requests
Postal Services
o Ensure that all post received is sorted for each client companyo Ensure that all post in relation to outgoing is franked and stamped ready for collection
Courier Serviceso Arrange small packages and items of urgent mail for clients via the courier supplier
o Record all items into the client account on Centre Chargeo Receive incoming courier deliveries for clients and ensure sign off
Client Services- Is a very Important part of this role...o Build and maintain client relationshipso Deal with all client enquiries and taking action in a timely fashion
o Secretarial and administrative duties as and when required
