TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST FULL-TIME, TEMPORARY

£12.30 PER HOUR
Our client, a not-for-profit organisation is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in central Birmingham on a temporary basis. They need someone who is available to start on Monday 3rd February.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Receptionist your key duties will include:
- Answering the switchboard phone
- Managing email mailboxes
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Booking lunches for meetings
- Setting up rooms for meetings
- General administration duties
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Receptionist, you must have:
- Previous administration/front of house/receptionist experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Prioritising tasks and excellent timekeeping skills
