They are seeking a 360 consultant for their IT or Renewables team, and while specific industry experience is not necessary, a solid background in 360 recruitment is required.
The salary for this position ranges from £25k to £40k, depending on experience, with a commission structure of up to 25%.
The agency offers a hybrid working model, early Friday finishes, additional leave days, and various team incentives, including trips to exciting destinations.
Ideal candidates should possess 360 recruitment experience, a strong ambition, and a collaborative spirit.

We have an opportunity for you to join either the IT or Renewables team as a 360 consultant. You do not necessarily need experience in these fields, so long as you have the right attitude, and a solid 360 recruitment background as full training will be given.

What you’ll receive:

Hybrid working. Monday - Thursday in the office, Friday work from home.
Early Friday finish @ 3pm
