EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR An initial 3 month temporary assignment for a leading UK media company! EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR ROLE:

Advising managers on a range of employee relations cases, up to and including dismissals and appeals
Providing advice on Disciplinary, Grievance, Health and Wellbeing, Capability and performance, flexible working
Working in a team, collaborating with various internal stakeholders including the Legal team and Senior Leaders
Working remotely with training taking place in Birmingham or Liverpool, so ability to travel to either of these sites is essential. Initially 2/3 days a week in first couple of weeks then once a week after initial training.

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR ESSENTIALS:

Minimum 6 months of Employee Relations experience
Experience working in a large organisation
