EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR  An initial 3 month temporary assignment for a leading UK media company!  EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR ROLE:
  • Advising managers on a range of employee relations cases, up to and including dismissals and appeals
  • Providing advice on Disciplinary, Grievance, Health and Wellbeing, Capability and performance, flexible working
  • Working in a team,  collaborating with various internal stakeholders including the Legal team and Senior Leaders
  • Working remotely with training taking place in Birmingham or Liverpool, so ability to travel to either of these sites is essential. Initially 2/3 days a week in first couple of weeks then once a week after initial training.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ADVISOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 6 months of Employee Relations experience
  • Experience working in a large organisation
