Youwill join an incredibly successful organisation who have grown significantly in recent years, now focussed on driving strategic talent initiatives, championing innovative recruitment practices and leverage new technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesInclude:
- Management of a team responsible for global recruitment.
- Delivery of executive hiring globally with a focus on building value-add, commercial relationships with business leaders, adding strategic talent support.
- Driving continuous improvement, change projects and talent acquisition programs globally.
- Leveraging new and existing technology in order to push forward efficiencies, delivery and service to the business.
- Report on and drive the analysis and use of recruitment metrics and data.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading global talent acquisition teams, a data-driven approach, and a passion for continuous improvement. As this is a regulated financial services organisation, experience in a regulated financial or professional services organisation would be highly advantageous.
