The Role

  • Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
  • Guiding candidates through the interview process with negotiation at each stage.
  • Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
  • Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Business development

  • Minimum 2:1 degree or 1 years sales experience
