The Role:
- Market mapping.
- Telephoning/meeting candidates and clients, looking to develop professional relationships.
- Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilising internal database and networking.
- Working on behalf of candidates and clients.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a red brick university
- Ambition and a willingness to learn.
- Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
- Inherent competitive nature.
- Exceptional communication skills.
