The Role:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

  • Degree educated
  • 12 months B2B or B2C sales experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
  • A track record of high achievement either in or out of work
