I am recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner that is focused on leading on employee engagement. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. This role will be on a 12 month FTC working 3 days onsite in Birmingham.
Key responsibilities for the HR Business Partner
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Drive performance management processes and career development programmes
- Responsible for setting the Employee Experience strategy and agenda for the UK business
- Responsible for the management and delivery of any budget associated with Employee Experience
- Responsible for managing the Employee Engagement Survey process and the follow work associated with trying to increase engagement across the organisation
- Works closely with the HRBP's/HR team to determine the needs of the functions/organisation on Employee Experience topics.

Skills required for the HR Business Partner
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with leading the employee engagement
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in change management and organisational development
- Knowledge of HR analytics and HRIS systems
- Project management skills
