- Conduct thorough job evaluations, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Develop and implement consistent evaluation approaches across multiple schools.

- Proven experience in job evaluation, ideally in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and job evaluation methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
