As an Interim Job Evaluator, you will:

• Lead and complete job evaluations efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and clarify role requirements.
• Facilitate and run job evaluation panels with confidence and expertise.

Profile

• Proven experience conducting job evaluations, including liaising with various stakeholders, leading job evaluation panels
• Proficiency in using the NJC Job Evaluation methodology.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
