- Lead and complete job evaluations efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and clarify role requirements.
- Facilitate and run job evaluation panels with confidence and expertise.
Profile
- Proven experience conducting job evaluations, including liaising with various stakeholders, leading job evaluation panels
- Proficiency in using the NJC Job Evaluation methodology.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
