A highly successful and rapidly growing business based in Birmingham are looking for an Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional to join the team. Please note this role will initially be office based before moving to a hybrid working model.This role would suit a recruitment professional who has experience managing contractor placements, perhaps your have worked as a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Advisor or in Internal Recruitment/Talent Acquisition or similar. You will be working closely with internal teams and external organisations and will need a proactive approach to lead generation.Your key responsibilities as Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, reporting to the HR Manager, will include anticipating recruitment needs based on management reporting and operational needs and proactively implementing the candidate attraction strategy using LinkedIn, job boards, careers fairs, events and social media management tools to enhance employer branding and reach potential candidates. You will generate leads and build connections through networking events, referrals and industry relationships, building community relations and strengthening existing partnerships. You will search for CVs and conduct initial screenings, review candidate applications and create shortlists, create and post job advertisements and vet applicants. You will deliver on KPI’s, targets and objects and offer the best experience possible for all candidates.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience within a recruitment environment with experience in lead generation techniques and a history of achieving KPIs. You will have a proactive mindset, strong organisational skills and attention to detail and be able to hit the ground running and get stuck into the role with minimal supervision.The salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with a benefits package that includes an extra day off for your birthday, private healthcare, wellbeing services, training and development opportunities and opportunities for advancement.
