One is only as successful as the accounts they manage, and the existing accounts are exceptionally desirable, working exclusively with the Agency with favourable margins.You will develop your own contract book, and benefit from extensive internal resources, multiple specialised job boards and one of the recruitment industry’s best commission schemes.Working within the account management team alongside some of Birmingham’s most experienced contract recruitment and account management professionals, you will receive full support, and continued mentorship.
Current Account Managers within our team doubled their salary within 12 months of joining, due to the volume of opportunities and the highly competitive commission scheme.Ambitions beyond account management? What you’ll receive:
- Hybrid working. Monday - Thursday in the office, Friday work from home.

Salary & Package:
- £40k basic
- Highly lucrative commission structure (our current Account Managers are earning in excess of £160k per year!)

Who are we looking for?
- An ambitious IT Recruitment Consultant with 3 + years in an IT Recruitment client facing role.
Working Hours:
8am - 5:30pm or 8:30am - 6pm (Monday to Thursday) Friday WFH 8am - 3pm.
