Murchington Consulting is working with a well-respected national recruitment consultancy, seeking two new consultants to join it's Birmingham team. Working in city centre offices, you will be part of a friendly and busy team which focuses on placing professional candidates (IT, finance, procurement, digital etc) into positions within local authority clients across the Midlands. The role offers a competitive basic salary plus commission and other benefits.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least A Level standard, be well-presented, hard working and ambitious. This could be your first job out of school/college/university, or you could already be working and seeking a career change. Full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided so previous experience within recruitment is not essential but you will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of the industry and be able to explain your desire to build a career as a successul recruiter.

This role will be fully office based during your probation period, with one day per week WFH available once probation and training is completed.
