Main duties of the role will be supporting the branch in interviewing and inducting candidates across the Midlands at various locations - keeping the clients and the candidates happy with the quality of service provided.

We have an internal vacancy for a Multi Site Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on a dynamic role that involves end to end recruitment.
Predominately we recruit in the industrial sector - so generating candidates for warehouse, factories, food industry roles - so not limited to - pickers, packers, loaders, FLT drivers, machine operators, welders, assemblers, drivers mates etc
You must be able drive and have a car for this role
Based from our Birmingham branch
The primary function is to support the generation, interviewing and inductions of candidates from remote locations around the Midlands
Duties of a Multi site Recruitment Consultant
Will involve full cycle recruitment - placing adverts, generating candidates for interview days - interviewing candidates off site - ensuring 100% compliance. Matching them to vacancies - arranging interviews or inductions with clients and assisting The Job People's growth strategy
One day you could be based in our Birmingham branch (Jewellery Quarter) and the next day you could be onsite at one of our clients interviewing and inducting staff ready for them to start work
We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience - who really enjoys getting under the skin of our clients - with a service focused "can do attitude" and goes the extra mile to find the right person for the role.
If you can demonstrate the right people skills - good customer / client relationships and have previous recruitment experience - worked onsite, account management or from a branch
- Able to keep management information figures
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and KPI's
- Ensure positive recruitment experience for both candidate and client
- Adhere to compliance and current employment legislation's
Details of a Multi Site Recruitment Consultant
Working hours are 40 hours per week
Generally 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4pm Friday

Driving licence and own car is essential due to the location of some of our clients
