Job Role: Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator

Location: Birmingham

Duration: ongoing temporary contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a team of responsible for the on-boarding of freelance staff.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Writing job adverts, advertising vacancies and vetting applications
  • Supporting with all on-boarding for new Freelance employees
  • Supporting with all recruitment compliance
  • Providing first class candidate service at all times
  • Working toward KPI's to ensure roles are filled quickly and efficiently

Skills / Experience Required -

  • Previous administration / customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone manner and command of English
  • Attention to detail and organised
  • Efficiency and resilience
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Display a willingness to learn
  • Competent Microsoft Office Skills
