We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate recruitment administrator to join a fun and sociable headquarters in Birmingham City Centre! This is 4 days in office, 1 day at home, offering £23.5k a year on an 18-month FTC.

This role is perfect for someone wants to join a recruitment and HR team, and work in a fun sociable office!

The duties for this role would include:

- Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates and clients

- Managing diaries

- Booking in meetings and sending out interview links

- Managing the central inbox

- Answering recruitment queries

- Sending out contracts of employment and new starter onboarding information

- Writing and posting job adverts

- Handling any other queries

For this role you would ideally need previous experience in an office ideally within recruitment or HR.
