Carbon 60 is looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor for its leading construction client based in Birmingham

Based in the office 3 days per week (Monday, Friday & any other chosen day), WFH 2 other days.

Therefore you'll ideally be based within a commutable distance to the Birmingham office.

Working Hours- 08:30 to 17:00 with 1 hour lunch but flexibility is required.12 month FTC.Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, your focus will be on end to end recruitment, sourcing a variety of roles for various projects across the business.Applicants will need to have previous recruitment experience and extensive sourcing experience (internal) ideally in the construction sector.Main Duties:

  • Responsible for sourcing candidates and managing the candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
  • Building strong relationships and partnering closely with hiring managers
  • Championing equality and inclusion to ensure an inclusive, fair and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Proficient in actively sourcing and headhunting talent via LinkedIn and CV database searching
  • Creating and planning social media content to attract candidates.
  • Reporting on applications, conversion and time to hire.
  • Working with preferred external agency partners to support with CV submissions.
  • Write/publish adverts onto career site and other platforms, qualifying/shortlisting, undertaking any initial screening required, co-ordinate and arranging interviews.
  • Managing the candidate journey and updating the internal ATS system
  • Conducting all recruitment activity in accordance with all relevant policies
  • Understanding right to work legislation and procedures.
  • Knowledge and experienced in hire recruitment projects
  • Able to carry out all administrative tasks the role requires.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from advertising a role through to offer
  • Create and upload engaging advertisements to be posted on the company careers page, job boards and social media platforms.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt and source candidates for live positions.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System and ensure that the system is kept updated and accurate.
  • Make verbal job offers, sending out offer letters and contracts.
  • Supporting with candidate onboarding.
  • Support the Resourcing Manage with business critical and ad hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Internal, end to end recruitment experience.
  • Experience of direct headhunting and sourcing through LinkedIn
  • Previous experience of sourcing candidates from CV databases
  • Experience using recruitment aggregators and ATS systems is strongly preferred.
  • Experience curating and deploying employer branding highly desirable.
  • Works constructively and collaboratively with others and builds strong relationships with others
  • Solid attention to detail
  • Providing a proactive and effective resourcing solution and taking ownership for the recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to on-boarding.
  • Conducting detailed job briefing sessions with hiring managers and key collaborators to fully understand recruitment needs and develop an impactful resourcing strategy.
  • Proficient in MS Office
