This home based, part-time Recruitment Co-Ordinator job is available within a national IFA firm. In your role as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for all vacancies across the company. This will include searching for appropriate talent, liaising with recruitment agencies on their PSL, scheduling interviews, being involved and liaising with relevant parties for feedback and issuing offer letters / reference requests / right to work checks.

Throughout the process you should maintain accurate records through their applicant tracking system.

In addition, the business is keen for you to be a go to person for new team members and be on hand as they progress through their induction training.

Recruitment Co-Ordinator Requirements

  • You must have experience within a recruitment / talent acquisition related role, with some experience of finding candidates
  • You must be confident using social media, networking sites and job boards to source candidates
  • You must be organised and able to manage multiple cases at once
  • Ideally, we are seeking candidates with some financial services industry experience

Recruitment Co-Ordinator Benefits

  • Salary up to £35,000 (full-time equivalent), depending on experience
  • 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (could suit school hours well)
  • Home based role in the West Midlands area, with frequent travel to their Birmingham City Centre office for team days
