Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360 Recruitment Process: From business development and client acquisition to job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offer negotiations, and deal closures.

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls and sales activity to drive company growth.

  • Key Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates providing exceptional service and advice.
