Our client, a well-established recruitment agency in Birmingham, is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultantto join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment processfor healthcare roles, including sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and securing placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the healthcare sector.
  • Actively source new business opportunities to grow your client portfolio.
  • Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and ensure timely placements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
