Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment processfor healthcare roles, including sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and securing placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the healthcare sector.
- Actively source new business opportunities to grow your client portfolio.
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs and ensure timely placements.
- Stay informed on industry trends and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
What Were Looking For:
- At least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
