Role Overview:As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates within the construction sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, building strong relationships and providing them with the best talent in the market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify suitable candidates for construction roles, from trades and labour to senior management positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing an exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, screening, and assessments to ensure the right fit for clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including negotiating offers, providing market insights, and handling client queries.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the construction industry (although transferable experience from other sectors will be considered).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
