  • Build and manage strong client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process—from business development to offer negotiation and after-care.
  • Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates with our clients.
  • Stay on top of market trends to provide a consultative approach, delivering expert advice and talent insights.
