Our Further Education team based in our head office in Birmingham are looking to add a recruitment consultant to the team after incredible growth this past year. In this role you will be looking after the West Midlands and South West region, supporting colleges and adult education centres with all their temporary and permanent staffing needs.
You will be joining the wider midlands sales team which comprises of our mainstream primary and secondary west midlands team and Westfield who support the SEN schools across the midlands. Our wider sales team is a hard working and dynamic team that is incredibly 'serious about what we do, not so serious when we do it’.

The Further Education team are in an exciting phase having just achieved their first branch milestone. We are looking for successful consultants to help us achieve the next milestone and possibly be part of the 'branch of the year’ for 2025. Your success will have a direct impact on the branches future. We offer a highly competitive salary and an excellent commission structure with no cap.
