Are you seeking a hybrid role working in the Industrial sector? We are inviting applications from proven and experienced temp bias recruiters who would like to join a leading brand, with first class infrastructure, support and ongoing training. You will be joining a warm branch with like-minded colleagues and a vibrant enjoyable working environment.

As a 360 recruitment consultant you will blend sales, service and admin duties to run a profitable and successful desk where providing a first class service to all clients and candidates is paramount.

Salary on offer is up to £30k plus bonus and benefits, inc 25 days holiday which an additional day for your birthday and extensive benefits package which supports life work balance, positive well-being and, with their bonus structure, great financial earning potential.

In the role you will:

- Secure new vacancies by engaging in sales and business development activities.

- Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for both temporary and permanent staff.

- Add additional new clients and attending clients service meetings.

- Generate leads for sales activities from various avenues.

- Promote and cross sell for other divisions and your colleagues as they will for you

- Identify suitable candidates using various 'tools’

- Conduct thorough interviews and prepare candidate pre-interview

- Liaise with clients and candidates in the correct manner

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate all recruitment processes, legislation and regulations within both temp and perm solutions. You MUST have a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle incurred for business use. All mileage will be covered where appropriate. You must be used to targets, working in a fast paced environment and have the ability to understand pay/charge rates and fees and all hidden costs associated with same.
