They provide teachers and support staff to schools nationwide and offer temporary and permanent placements across the spectrum.They are expanding and are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join the already busy team. You will be given your own desk to service and a database of clients to work with and will be given the autonomy to develop and grow the desk.The role will be varied and will involve:· Working with local schools to provide a recruitment service as needed.· Advertising roles across job boards, social media and locally to attract the best candidates.· Interviewing, assessing and ensuring candidates are compliant and ready for work.· Sales and business development to schools and education establishments.· Maintaining long-term, lasting relationships with all business parties.· Visiting schools and assessing requirements.· Ensuring a high standard of service is always delivered.· Working as part of a team to ensure the branch hits its objectives.In return, you will receive a highly competitive package coupled with excellent long-term career prospects.Recruitment experience is essential for this role.
