Our client is a leading specialist in the Healthcare recruitment sector. They have grown to become a respected and trusted name in this market. They are on the NHS frameworks across multiple key areas and have had a successful year.
They cover temporary and permanent roles and allow their consultants to work autonomously, with ongoing support available. They are looking for someone with the right work ethic, attitude, and cultural fit above all.
They have a warm desk ready for taking over. The desk is running at £700 per week at present and has the clients, candidates and scope to do very well.
The role will be varied and will include:
Taking both the candidates and the clients through the recruitment process, problem-solving, and offering a consultative service.
Contacting relevant contacts and decision-makers within new and existing schools.
Visiting clients in order to gain accurate vacancy information.
Putting together accurate job descriptions and person specifications.
Advising clients on the most effective way to approach recruitment exercises.
Managing all ad responses.
Selecting suitable candidates to interview.
Conducting competency-based interviews.
Ensuring information is communicated effectively.
Maintaining accurate candidate records.
The successful applicant will be of graduate calibre with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering quality service within this niche marketplace.
