We have an internal vacancy to join our team as a recruitment consultant in our Birmingham office.
As Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting new Sales with relevant clients in line with company expectations, servicing existing clients by means of matching suitable candidates to the required roles. Excellent communication skills are required for the position and a high attention to detail is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering positive sales results across the Industrial sector
- Responsible for servicing existing client requirements as required in a timely manner, communicating progress with clients and candidates alike.
- Responsible for growing the existing client base.
- Responsible for supporting your team and line manager in delivery of business objectives
- Responsible for accurately updating internal systems with key information to ensure all records meet with compliance expectations
- Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures
- Responsible for the undertaking of the out of hours on call mobile to ensure all out of hours requests/absences/queries are reported and dealt with in a timely manner
Essential Desirables
- Hold a Valid UK Driving license and have access to a vehicle
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
- A proven track record of Sales within the Industrial sector
- Ability to consistently achieve targets
- Demonstrated ability handle objections
- Demonstrated Industrial sector knowledge
- Demonstrated skills in utilising a CRM system effectively
- Ability to develop and grow existing and new clients
