We have an immediate requirement for a recruitment consultant to join our Environmental Engineering Recruitment Consultancy centrally situated in Moseley Birmingham. Applicants should anticipate working off an established database of clients and candidates with extensive marketing and advertising investment. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, educated to degree level or similar and ideally recruitment or sales experience although full training will be given.
It is quite rare in recruitment for an opportunity to open up with this level of potential. The recruitment desk or patch is well established with a proven track record of delivering high billing and commission earning potential. Working on a team based commission scheme, once through initial training and probation the successful applicant should see themselves doubling their basic with commission earnings.
