I am seeking a Resourcing Co-Coordinator based in Birmingham on a temporary basis for an initial 4 months. This will be 2 days working onsite and 3 days working from home.

Resourcing Co-Coordinators responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding new hiresDevelop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholdersCoordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the processUse recruitment software to manage candidate data and track progress against recruitment targetsProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment activity and progressResourcing Co-Coordinator Skills:Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agencyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience using recruitment software, with a good understanding of recruitment metrics and analyticsA proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
