Description

Working as part of a small Reward team and supporting a Reward Manager the role of Reward Analyst is essential for providing analytical support for key reward activities, including pay reviews, bonus calculations, and audits across two payroll systems.

You will support Line Managers, HR colleagues, and employees on reward issues and assist with the ongoing job evaluation process and maintenance of the grade architecture and pay scales.

This will include but not limited to

  • Support Reward Managers in implementing key bonus and pay review processes.
  • Data cleansing, creating bonus and salary spreadsheets, and cost models.
  • Liaise with Senior Managers and HR colleagues to maintain data.
  • Calculate bonuses and salary increase recommendations.
  • Summarise data and communicate with employees

Profile

Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background within a similar Reward/HR analyst position. You will also demonstrate advanced excel skills and ideally knowledge of Power BI.

This role can offer home working however, you will also be flexible to travel to London or other sites circa twice per month - business needs dependent.
