We are seeking a Job Evaluation officer, based in Birmingham with hybrid working on a permanent basis.

Our client is a key Public Sector organisation in Birmingham
Description
- Research, review and develop job evaluation methods
- Maintain data relating to the JE team, providing analysis as requested
- Fulfil organisation wide job evaluation, ensuring schemes are applied consistently, objectively and robustly
- Ensure records are accurate
- Demonstrate a good understanding of all T&Cs
- Consult with Trade Unions
- Work closely with HR, Reward and wider teams
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Come from an HR generalist or Reward background
- Proven track record operating in a busy fast paced environment
- Proven ability to review data
- Must have experience using Job Evaluation Methodologies including HAY, Mercer, Willis Tower Watson
- Strong organisational skills
