A Recruitment Consultant - Ideally with Education experience but happy to consider other relevant disciplines.
A great communicator, happy to collaborate with clients and candidates at all levels.
Well organised, managing a busy desk to include time management is key.
Happiest when having an impact whether it is booking a day or finding someone their dream job.
Used to working at a senior level, to include buying panels.
Able to manage expectations of staff and schools on an ongoing basis.
Creative, we love people with innovative ideas.
A team player who loves to interact with colleagues.
