Role Overview: The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Birmingham office. This role involves sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in educational roles, developing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and a passion for making a positive impact to schools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in suitable roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide excellent service to clients and candidates
  • Work towards achieving individual and team targets and KPIs.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
