To deliver on the next phase of growth, requires exceptional Talent Acquisition expertise and that is where you come in!

Working with a highly effective team, currently headhunting and recruiting 60+ Client Directors per annum, you will be an articulate and driven recruiter, capable of mapping, headhunting and selecting across the entire process. Instead of being reliant on lots of line management and indecision, you can be part of a team which controls the narrative, right through to final CEO meet and hire.

Insurance experience would be a bonus, but we can teach you all you need to know. What matters is your ability to headhunt, build relationships, know what a solid business case looks like and attract in lots of best-in-class individuals.

With at least 5 years recruitment experience, including 3 from in-house you will be on an upward growth curve in your career, wanting the ability to work within a solid team and innovative business, where you have the freedom to work with lots of flexibility and innovation.
