Proline Care is seeking an ambitious individual to join their care recruitment desk in the West Midlands as they expand their team.
The role involves bringing on new clients, candidate generation, and representing the company professionally.
Candidates should have a sales or customer service background, or social care experience, along with excellent telephone and communication skills.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 OTE for the first year, along with an excellent commission structure and regular incentives.
A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred for this role.

Job description

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing care recruitment desk

Proline Care is established across the West Midlands and due to our success are now looking to expand their team.

Working as part of the team you will be responsible for: -

- Bringing on new clients

- Candidate generation

- Representing the company in an ethical and professional manner

The role will include: -

- Telephone based sales

- Advertising vacancies on a variety of media

- Interviewing prospective candidates

Package and benefits

25k to 30k ote for first year. We have excellent commission structure in place

Ideal candidate

We are looking for someone with a sales/customer service background or someone with social care experience looking to move into recruitment

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are required.
