Successful candidates will have some experience in searching for relevant CVs and admin support to busy consultants. They will also have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a desire to succeed in a target driven support environment. The successful candidate will be supporting busy desks with many long-term and established clients.Job Role:

Proactively search job boards and LinkedIn
Advertising and managing vacancies
Shortlisting suitable candidates
Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience
Basic initial interviews

Essential:

Experience of working within a Recruitment Agency - desirable
Previous experience resourcing for roles in a permanent environment
Experience using a variety of recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn & major job boards)
Confident communicating at all levels
Able to cope with pressure
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to prioritise
