What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:

Ensure company wide standardised approach to compliance across all offices
Deliver training on risk and professional conduct compliance updates
Ensure all changes comply with Solicitor Regulation Authority (SRA) and Law Society Regulations
The Compliance Manager will lead on conductingfile reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous legal compliance experience and an understanding of the current regulations is essential
Strong time management and people management skills and experience
Able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business

My client is offering an annual salary of up to Xdepending on experience.
