As the Compliance Coordinator you will be:
- Supporting the compliance and building safety team to schedule work in for the contractors
- Booking in work from the surveys conducted on the fire safety systems in the domestic properties
- Imputing all data into the database to ensure all up to date with policies
- Liaising closely with the housing team
Experience and qualifications:
- Social housing experience
- Administration or coordinating experience in a compliance team
- Strong excel skills
