Are you a dynamic Clinical Business Development Manager looking to make a real impact in the mental health sector? Our client, a leader in secure transportation solutions, is seeking a passionate individual with experience in the Healthcare Sectorto join their team. For the Clinical Business Development Manager, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Experience in a similar role, such as Account Manager or Sales Account Manager.
  • Knowledge of the NHS or Private Healthcare sector, especially mental health.
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all organisational levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • A valid driving licence for regional travel.
As a Clinical Business Development Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for secure mental health transport and complex services.
  • Identify and target potential clients in the UK sector.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Present services to potential clients, emphasising safety and value.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and negotiate contracts.

  • Collaborate with Operations to align new business opportunities with strategic objectives.
